chapter 3
the platue and costal indians of washinton state. thats what was in chapter three of the washington state history book. so im not really sure what to do here so im just going to tell you a little bit about what i know, ok? There were alot of diffrences and similarites between the costals and the platues. one diffrence was their houses. the costal indians had long houses that housed many people while the platue indians and forts or huts kinda houses. a similartie is that they were both made out of cedar. the food that they ate was very different. the costals had seafood while the platues had deer. also the way they choose their cheifs were different. the costal indians choose their cheifs according to birth right, while the platue indians choose their cheifs according to skill, leadership and personality. thats the things i remeber the most out of chapter three so thanks for listening. =)
